Yates Uniform Rappel Belt

This belt is made out of 1.5" webbing with a braking strength of 7000 pounds.  The buckle is rated at 4000 pounds.  It comes in 2 sizes: Regular:      Waist size 24"-42" Extra Large: Waist Size up to 57" It is designed to be used for an emergency rappel; if you ever did a rappel with just a belt like this, you would come to appreciate the emphasis on  emergency only.  We, however, plan to use it as a tie-in for use as a safety harness to keep you from slipping.  When you need to rappel, your kit also includes some add-on leg loops that will now let you use the combination to do a rappel.  They come in 4 colors:
